Mighty Moose PeeWees volunteer
time at Food Bank

The Mighty Moose PeeWee-Schrage boys packed about 2 tons of corn-on-the-cob and about a ton of carrots in two-and-a-half hours at the Food Bank on Friday Dec. 21. "The gal who supervised us said she thought they'd maybe finish the two pallets of corn in 3 hours, but they did all the corn and a pallet of carrots as well," says team manager Chrissy McKay. "And they had fun doing it," McKay continues. When the corn was done, Coach Schrage asked if they wanted to stay longer and do more and every one of them raised their hand. It was pretty cool.
