To register, download the Registration Forms, fill them out completely and mail to:

Registration forms will not be accepted without a $300 deposit for Atoms/Mini Mites and $500 deposit for Squirts thru U16.
Evaluations for Squirts thru U16 will be held August 22-23, 2009 at the Subway Sports Centre.
Players who are not placed on a team (after evaluations) will receive a full refund on their deposit(s).
Forms may also be dropped off at the Moose office at the Subway Sports Centre via the mail slot in the door.
